Terms of Service / AGB
1. Who we are
Sprich (sprich.pexilim.com) is an independent student project by Abhishek Jha and Shubhradip Sar, students at the University of Siegen. By using Sprich you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Sprich provides AI-based job-interview practice. Interviews, scores and reports are automated feedback generated by AI language models. They are for practice only and are not professional advice or any guarantee of interview or hiring success.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google. Accounts are personal to you. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country of residence.
4. Minutes, plans and payment
Interviews are measured in minutes. A 15-minute interview uses 15 minutes of your balance. New accounts receive free starter minutes. Paid subscription minutes refresh at the start of each billing period and do not stack; one-time top-up minutes do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your profile; it stays active until the end of the paid period, after which it does not renew. Because interview minutes are a digital service delivered immediately, any statutory right of withdrawal ends once you begin using the minutes in a billing period. If something goes wrong on our side, contact sprich@pexilim.com and we will help.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated or bulk access, no attempts to break, overload or manipulate the AI interviewer, and no uploading of content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of automated feedback. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
